1-1 DA VINCI
The CGA Da Vinci Programme offers students aged 7 - 18 years the opportunity to study one-on-one with one of our teachers. Students cover the full curriculum of subjects of their choice, at a pace that suits their needs. This programme is available for all our subjects as well as any that are not on the list upon request.

iPRIMARY CURRICULUM

English

The Pearson Edexcel iPrimary English curriculum is designed specifically for non-native speakers of English who are studying the majority of their curriculum subjects in English.

Science

With a strong emphasis on developing scientific enquiry skills and content designed to support enquiry-based learning, the curriculum is based on the latest version of the English National Curriculum (2014).

Math

The curriculum introduces and reinforces concepts that lay the groundwork for lower secondary education and on to International GCSE Mathematics and beyond.

Computing

Equips students to understand and apply the fundamental principles and concepts of computer science and information technology, to be responsible, and creative users of information and communication technology.

Global Citizenship

This course is designed to fuel discussion, inspire collaboration and develop students' ability to think critically about a wide range of global issues.

PRE-INTERNATIONAL GCSE

English

Students gain experience with styles of language, language techniques, and grammar. Students also focus on academic analysis of literature texts, and writing literary essays.

Science

Students get a 'taster' of each of the three disciplines (Biology, Chemistry and Physics). This helps them choose which subject(s) to do for their International GCSE.

Math

The aim of this course is to prepare students for the IGCSE Math course, and beyond, to AS and A2 Level Math courses.

Computer Science

The purpose of this course is to give students an introduction into the world of computer science and coding.

Personal, Social, Health & Economic

Equip young people with the knowledge, understanding, attitudes and practical skills to live healthily, safely, productively and responsibly.

Global Citizenship

Designed to fuel discussion, inspire collaboration and develop students' ability to think critically about a wide range of global issues.

EPQ FOR A LEVELS
Students have the opportunity to research and produce an extended essay (or dissertation) that adds depth or breadth to one of the subjects they are already studying at A Level.

ACADEMIC ESOL

A2 (Elementary)

For those students with a score of 34-45 on the Pearson Versant English Placement Test.

B1 (Intermediate)

For those students with a score of 46-56 on the Pearson Versant English Placement Test.

B2 (Upper Intermediate)

For those students with a score of 57-67 on the Pearson Versant English Placement Test.
