Developing Skills for Life

Pastoral Support and LIFE Programme

A dedicated Guidance Counsellor, personalised guidance, and the LIFE programme helps students balance ambition with wellbeing, building resilience and purpose for life beyond school.

Through workshops, form-time, and assemblies, LIFE equips students with confidence and personal skills to thrive at school and in the future. Students explore financial literacy and passion projects, to physical wellbeing and service learning. LIFE stands for:

  • Lifelong learning
  • Interacting with others
  • Focus outward
  • Exploration and self-agency
